AgriFlite Services Policy Concerning As Applied Maps

AgriFlite Services makes every effort to collect coverage data on each field that is sprayed. However, it takes extensive time to manage that information and prepare it for publication. Therefore, the following is our policy concerning releasing coverage data: 

1. All as-applied-data collected by AgriFlite Services is considered proprietary data. 2. Under no circumstances will raw data be released. 

3. All data will be inspected and signal errors corrected prior to being released. 4. Released data remains the copyright property of AgriFlite Services and the data cannot be used for any purpose not previously specified or released to any entity or person without express written permission from AgriFlite Services.  

5. Supplying as-applied-data is not included in the application fee. There will be an additional charge for the information. Since these maps are time-consuming, our staff has very limited time to devote to map processing.  

6. To aid the process, a request for as-applied-maps should be placed with the initial spray order.  

7. Every effort will be made to obtain the data. However, software and hardware technology still has errors in saving data, corrupted files, misnamed files, and/or files unintentionally being deleted. 

8. If as-applied maps are needed, please specify the work order number and the intended usage of the requested map. An estimated price will be quoted.
